LEVL is a new flexible office in Munich's Altstadt, right in the pedestrian zone at Kaufingerstraße 15. It occupies around 1,000 m² on the 4th floor with a direct view of the Frauenkirche. LEVL is the flex office brand of Bayerische Hausbau. infinitSpace, the team behind Beyond, runs the space on site. The location opened on 5 October 2026.
Options include coworking desks, meeting rooms and private office areas for individuals and teams of any size. The space grows with you: if your team needs more or less room, it is adjusted. Use the fully equipped workstations or bring your own furniture.
