Office Club was founded in 2011 in Berlin by Simon Schier and Philipp Roth, two entrepreneurs from online marketing who discovered coworking on a trip to the USA. The first club opened in Prenzlauer Berg. Office Club is still independent and rooted in Berlin, deliberately closer to a boutique hotel than a corporate office chain.
Rather than scale, Office Club focuses on quality and personal service in prime city-centre locations. In 2022 the company took over the former Dussmann business centres, whose roots go back to Germany's first business centre in 1984, and brought them into its own concept. Today Office Club looks after more than 10,000 members across 20 locations in Germany, Italy and Switzerland.
The offering ranges from a flexible coworking desk and lockable team offices to conference and seminar rooms. On top of that come registered business addresses, virtual offices and a digital mailbox, ideal for anyone who needs a presence in a prime location without a fixed space.
Every location is modern and minimalist, often in listed period buildings with high ceilings. A Club Café is usually part of it. Through CoWorking Capital you can enquire about every Office Club location commission-free.
